Donna McClintock has resided in Big Bear for 35 years, but she grew up in Texas. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of six. As a single mother for most of her children’s lives, she experienced a lack of support for single moms during that time. She says, “I am grateful that has changed over the years, and organizations like The Mom & Dad Project are helping so many people, including single moms.”

Donna has worked for a local faith-based non-profit for 33 years. She loves people, enjoys serving others, and fulfills her passion through her work.

“Things that bring me joy are hanging out with my kids and grand kids, as well as the many friends I have acquired over the years. I enjoy cooking and I love to read cookbooks!! Singing is a passion of mine and I am blessed to be able to do that as part of my job, but you might find me at a karaoke place now and again.”

“I admire The Mom & Dad Project and what they stand for, as well as what they offer to the families in our community. I am excited, and more than honored, to be a part of this organization."
