THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF THE MOM & DAD PROJECT
FOR OUR FIRST 25 YEARS!
In 2026, The Mom & Dad Project will proudly celebrate 25 years as Big Bear’s only Family Resource Center, a quarter-century of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with families through every season of life. From parenting support, youth empowerment, fatherhood engagement, home visiting, mental health navigation, and early childhood programs, to the countless moments of crisis care, warmth, and connection—we exist to ensure that every family in our valley has a safe, stable, nurturing place to turn. As 2025 comes to an end, we are also preparing for another transition: after 12 years of sharing space with the Family Health Center, we will be moving to a new home in January 2026. Saying goodbye to a space that this community helped build is undeniably bittersweet. So many stories, so much healing, and so much hope have lived within those walls. But growth requires room—room for families, room for programming, and room for the future of our mountain community. While our new location is not yet public, we look forward to announcing it soon, and we are deeply hopeful for all that this next chapter will bring. Change is never easy—but it often opens the door to the very things we’ve been working toward all along. Stay tuned for exciting updates as The Mom & Dad Project continues to grow, expand, and champion the well-being of families across Big Bear Valley.
