I am the youth empowerment counselor here at the Mom and Dad Project. I offer curriculum classes to Middle and High school students. I have my Associate's Degree in Business and I am currently working on becoming a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor). I am passionate about working with youth and I believe that young people can achieve their goals. I strive to be a positive role model that helps them make healthy choices while navigating challenges. I just started working here at this amazing program on December 2nd, 2024. 

When I was 5, I was pretty sure that I would be a Veterinarian when I grew up. I have always loved animals and had a desire to help them heal. Now, instead of helping animals heal, I get the opportunity to help people heal.  

Two things that you should know about me are that I have horses in my backyard and that I am a thrill seeker and love to ride roller coasters.  

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” This advice helps me remain grateful even during difficult times.
